Thirty

 Once again, years have separated me and the previous version of myself that posted on this website last. It is incredible that I return every once in a while, as if it calls to me. 

Well, let's catch up.

I am still a GI Technician in the same place that I've worked for the past five years. I am now engaged to the same beautiful woman who I have been dating for the past five years. And I still live in the same home we've built for, you guessed it, the past five years.

We have just applied for a new apartment and I am hoping we will be approved. I suppose by the next time I check on this website I will have my answer, one way or another. That is a comforting thought. My best friend and I have decided to practice what I am going to call Reckless Optimism. 

It's going to be okay...
'cause it has to be.

This will always work out whether they end up the way we want them to, or not, it will work out in the end. 

P.S. I finally graduated with my Associates in Communications. I can't believe I accomplished it, I never thought I would.
